12 fresh frozen prime sized softshells crabs.  From April-October once every month around the full moon crabs begin to shed their shells (peelers) as they grow.  I catch the peelers, they are placed in a lighted water tank, they are checked every 2 hours.  Softshells are soft for about 60 min before their shells harden.  They are hand picked, cleaned alive, individually wrapped, and fresh frozen.
